Miami had a great chance to make a real one at the Superbowl next year. With the acquisition of Brandon Marshall, they have now have one of the best chances. The common NFL fan knows the Dolphins and their "Wildcat" offense is a dangerous weapon, a top tier reciever would turn this offense deadly, just ask the Jets defense last year.
The Steelers trading away Holmes? Rothlisberger in trouble? Indy will victim to the bridesmaid of the Superbowl curse? The Jets becoming the most hated team in the league? The Baltimore Ravens getting the missing piece in their team with Anquan Boldin? All these stories and more will unfold in 4 months.
Here we go to this year's draft. In the earlier post, I wrote how the draft will change your team for good or bad for the coming years. Theories are theories, I dont seriously believe that a name will tell you everything you need to know about greatness, I do believe it can add mystique to an individual. Could you not tell that someone with the name "Champ" would become one of the best ever? As in Champ Bailey?
What team will take a chance on a "Golden" opportuntiy in this year's draft? Golden Tate is the 2nd rated reciever in this year's draft, #1 Dez Bryant's stock is falling faster than Enron 2 years ago, which is great news for some bad news for others. Great news for teams like Oakland, Seattle, and Cleveland who draft in the top ten, bad news for Cincinatti, Denver, Tennessee, and San Francisco who hope he's still on the board.
I had hoped for a Chadd Henne-Golden Tate combination, I guess we can throw that out the window. My vote is for San Francisco, who desperately needs a playmaker on offense, uses one of their 2 first round draft picks on a "Golden" opportunity!
Mike Singletary wants Winners! We ALL want more press conferences like this! Gotta love Singletary
"We go out and Hit people in the mouth"
"cannot play with them, cannot coach with them, cannot WIN with them, can't do it! can't do it! I want Winners!"
Gotta Love Singletary!

Whats in a name? The turnaround of a lowly franchise for this years draft-2010 NFL Draft
St. Louis is in the show me state, but lately the rams have been showing jack!
Having the #1 pick will drastically change your franchise, for better or for worse for the next 5 years.
The experts can measure all the intangibles, measureables, and whatnotables, histories and mysteries, but the #1 determining factor for this draft to have the next great one is all in the name, one name, "Ndamakong Suh!"
Whats in a name? if a rose were called "Ndamakong Suh!" would it smell just as sweet? or would that rose bring fear to the eyes of opposing quarterbacks, running backs, and offensive linemen?
Say it one time, "Ndamakong Suh!" shivering isn't it? its like the scene in Lion King where the hyenas say "Mufasa", oooohhhh, "Mufasa Mufasa Mufasa" With a name like "Ndamakong Suh" how can you go wrong? How can he be anything but great? Definitely some ManLove going on here.
Sam Bradford is a pretty average name for an average quarterback, but "Ndamakong Suh" has a memorable name for a memorable player.
In all seriousness, He is #1 rated player in this draft and the Rams best hope for turning this franchise around. "Ndamakong Suh!" (no matter how many times you say it, it still has the same effect), and Colt Mcoy in the Second round will instantly bring the Rams in the hunt for a division title. Arizona, San Francisco, and Seattle are all in or soon to be in transition phrase with their qb's. Now is the time for to dominate the line of scrimmage and develop the winningest college football quarterback.
"Ndamakong Suh!"
